Exclusive Tours operation requires smooth and above-the-expectations customer care. The company used the Salesforce solution, but over time became crystal clear that such a system is exceedingly robust, complex, and costly for the company targeting a narrow segment of wealthy travelers.

Our client started looking for a modern CRM alternative with hands-down and friendly UX, allowing users to set up almost everything without hustle. The main requirements were supporting multi-language content creation and replacing existing Salesforce & Mailchimp platforms with an all-in-one solution kickstarting seamless cooperation between marketing and sales teams.

Solution

The client selected HubSpot CRM as a tool to go. We exported the whole Salesforce database and cleaned and deduplicated 10 years of historical data before we imported all records to the brand new instance of HubSpot. The showcase of perfect migration included all critical phases, such as initial analysis, data mapping design for more than 500 data types, process recreation, and automation optimization.

As the client still uses a small part of Salesforce for cash-flow management, the following parts were delivered:

  • Setting up 2-way synchronization between HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Data cleaning and deduplication of the customer database used for the last 10 years
  • Detailed analysis and thorough mapping of more than 500 data types
  • Process optimization by creating landing pages, sequences, forms, templates, and business automation for sales agents (birthday, anniversaries, …)
  • Onboarding team to the HubSpot world and the mobile app.

Result

Migrate CRM and choosing the HubSpot CRM enabled the client to reduce license costs associated with Salesforce and become more flexible when creating new content and automated processes. In the meantime, it also helped firmly integrate sales and marketing teams.

The client recently launched a new website using HubSpot CMS, so the team can use the maximum of HubSpot’s potential. Its English version is coming soon.
